Notification types
Grantable sends notifications to keep you informed about activity in your workspaces. Notifications appear in two places: the in-app notification bell and your email inbox.
In-app notifications
Click the notification bell in the app to see your recent notifications. Unread notifications are highlighted. The bell shows a count of unread items so you can see at a glance if anything needs your attention.
Email notifications
Important notifications are also delivered to your email — including @mentions in comments, deadline reminders, and scheduled task completions.

Managing notification preferences
Control which notifications you receive from Settings → General → Notifications. You can toggle email notifications on or off for different event types.
Tips
- Check the notification bell regularly — it’s the quickest way to see what needs your attention.
- Turn on email notifications for @mentions and deadlines so you don’t miss important items, even when you’re not in the app.
- Turn off email notifications for less urgent events if your inbox is getting noisy.
