FREE BIKE HELMETS AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ARE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH LOCAL PARTNER FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS OR TO CHILDREN VISITING THE HOSPITALS EMERGENCY ROOM AS A RESULT OF A BIKE OR WHEELED SPORT INJURY.$50,000
