#### Step 1: Online Training (Required)

  • Opens: December 5, 2025

  • Requirement: Must complete prior to submitting Intent to Apply

  • Details: Online training/refresher available on foundation website

  • Submission Method: Online portal (requires Waco ISD Google/Active Directory login) or downloadable form

  • File Naming Convention: "Last Name - Campus - Grant Title"

  • Deadline: January 16, 2026 by 12:00 p.m.

  • Submission Email: education.foundation@wacoisd.org

  • Notification: All Intent to Apply decisions sent by January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

  • Eligibility: Only invited applicants proceed to this stage

    - Proposal Guidelines
    - Budget Form
