THE FOUNDATION WAS FOUNDED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING AND DISBURSING FUNDS, PROPERTY AND GIFTS OF ANY KIND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WACO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
