Overview: This form provides a means for La Vernia ISD administration and staff to request supplemental, real-time funding for unanticipated, immediate needs. It is intended to complement the Innovate Teaching Grant Application, not replace it.

• Applicants: La Vernia ISD administration and staff
• Timing: Submissions considered on a rolling, first-come, first-serve basis

• All funds must fall within Board-approved budget
