THE VISION COUNCIL FOUNDATION IS THE 501C3 ORGANIZATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE PARENT 501C6 COMPANY, THE VISION COUNCIL. THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEED FOR EYECARE, TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY WHICH WILL AID IN PROTECTING, PRESERVING AND ENHANCING VISION, AND TO ENCOURAGE RESEARCH AND PUBLISH INFORMATION RELATING TO VISION CARE AND VISION CARE PRODUCTS.
