The Patricia Blue Williams Scholarship Grant

R.O.S.E. Foundation
The R.O.S.E. Foundation (Recognizing Opportunities for Service and Education) is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for deserving women and their families. Its initiatives emphasize education, the arts, economic awareness, family dynamics, and emotional resilience, helping women strengthen coping skills and long-term stability. The Foundation’s charitable and educational efforts are supported and endorsed by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Phi Beta Omega Chapter, reflecting a commitment to service, sisterhood, and community uplift.
The Patti Blue Williams Scholarship supports African American public high school seniors who plan to enroll in college in Fall 2026. Eligibility

The applicant must reside and attend school in Montgomery, Bucks, or Philadelphia Counties and must be able to provide a valid acceptance letter to a college or university. The applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
