R.O.S.E. Foundation The R.O.S.E. Foundation (Recognizing Opportunities for Service and Education) is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for deserving women and their families. Established in 2002, the Foundation focuses on empowering women in transition to achieve economic security and self-sufficiency through programs that build self-esteem, financial literacy, health awareness, and life skills. Its initiatives emphasize education, the arts, economic awareness, family dynamics, and emotional resilience, helping women strengthen coping skills and long-term stability. The Foundation’s charitable and educational efforts are supported and endorsed by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Phi Beta Omega Chapter, reflecting a commitment to service, sisterhood, and community uplift. Hall of Scholars Scholarship The Hall of Scholars Scholarship recognizes high-achieving students who demonstrate a strong commitment to community service. The scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and African American students currently attending an accredited college or university who reside in Bucks, Montgomery, or Philadelphia Counties, Pennsylvania.
