R.O.S.E. Foundation The R.O.S.E. The Foundation’s charitable and educational efforts are supported and endorsed by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Phi Beta Omega Chapter, reflecting a commitment to service, sisterhood, and community uplift. Claire Morris Lyons Scholarship The Claire Morris Lyons Scholarship supports African American students who are either graduating high school seniors planning to attend Cheyney University of Pennsylvania or currently enrolled students at Cheyney University. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA (4.0 scale) and permanently reside in Bucks or Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania. The scholarship aims to promote access to higher education and continued academic success at one of the nation’s historically Black universities.
