Beaches Community Fund For this grant cycle, grant applications are open to nonprofit organizations serving the Beaches communities from Mayport to Guana, east of the Intracoastal Waterway. Priority will be given to applicants addressing: The basic needs of beaches residents (food, emergency financial assistance, housing, shelter, transportation, health care, and behavioral health support). Supports for K-12 students (including school-based supports, afterschool and out-of-school programs, and enrichment for low-income students). Early learning opportunities for low-income students (including access to high-quality early learning centers, enhancing quality and learning within early learning centers, and home- or community-based learning opportunities). The transportation needs of low-income Beaches residents to access essential goods and services.
