CFCC Program Grants

The CFCC Program Grants, offered by the Collier Community Foundation, aim to support local nonprofits addressing community needs in Collier County, FL. Grants are available for arts, healthcare, education, and more, encouraging measurable impact. Eligible organizations must be tax-exempt and operational for at least two years. The Collier Community Foundation™ provides program grant funding to nonprofits for programs that demonstrate measurable results in addressing community needs. Grant dollars are invested in the following areas:

• Arts/Culture
• Environment
• Education or Employment
• Healthcare or Mental Health
• Human Services
• A nonprofit may apply for the following grants in this May grant cycle:
• Either 1 Program grant or 1 Operating Support grant (but not both)
• 1 Capacity grant (if your budget is under $3M)
• Type of Support:
• New programs, ongoing programs, or program expansions

Funding may be requested for new programs, ongoing programs, or program expansions. Requests must provide detail on how grant dollars will be used.

Eligibility

Applicant must be a tax-exempt nonprofit organization serving Collier County, FL residents ANDApplicant must be in operation and provide services for two full fiscal years and have filed a nonprofit tax return before applying for grantsApplicant must meet the grant guideline criteriaApplications must be relevant to Collier CountyApplicants must meet submission deadlinesApplicants must agree to the Community Foundation’s Statement of Diversity.Applicants must agree to report back to the Community Foundation on relevant outcomes of funding.
