We define capacity building as specific needs such as: Strategic planning and organizational assessment Board development & training Infrastructure improvements Improving financial management Fundraising, marketing, and communications planning Program planning Feasibility assessment and implementation of mergers and strategic alliances Please read FAQ for additional guidelines.
