SCC Atlanta Grants

Speedway Children's Charities, a private organization, is committed to improving the lives of children in need across Georgia. In 2024, they allocated $100,000 through the SCC Atlanta Grant Program to support local nonprofit organizations addressing critical issues such as homelessness, foster care, and victims of sex trafficking. Their mission emphasizes action and compassion, ensuring every child has access to essential resources for a brighter future.

SCC is a driving force for change, partnering with local organizations to meet the most pressing needs of children in communities across the country. Since 1982, we’ve distributed over $72 million in grants—$4 million in 2024 alone—ensuring that children in need have the support, care, and opportunities to build brighter futures.
SCC Atlanta Grant Program
Through our various events and activities, we strive to raise funds and provide grants to nonprofit children's organizations in the state of Georgia. In 2024, SCC Atlanta distributed $100,000 to local organizations.
Priority consideration will be given to organizations helping the:

• homeless, orphan and foster population, and victims of sex trafficking.
• Below are the pillars we focus on during the grant process:
• Critical: victims of sex trafficking, homeless, orphans, foster population, food security
• Medical: illness, dental, disability, therapy
• Educational: tutoring, literacy, after school programs
• All applications will receive consideration, and all eligible organizations are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

You are eligible to apply for funding from the Atlanta Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities if you are an existing 501(c)(3) non-profit charity whose primary focus is children in the Metro Atlanta area.

Ineligibility

SCC does not fund capital projects or funding for operation costs.
