Dover Grants

Dover Grants, offered by Speedway Children's Charities, supports 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations focused on children's welfare in Delaware and the mid-Atlantic region. The grants prioritize initiatives assisting homeless, foster children, and victims of trafficking. Applicants must complete a two-phase application process, beginning with a Pre-Proposal and followed by a Full Proposal if selected. The organization emphasizes funding for critical, medical, and educational needs to foster a brighter future for children.

NOTE: Eligible children's charities who meet the criteria are invited to complete the application. This is represented by the Pre-Proposal deadline. Organizations whose applications are accepted will be contacted and asked to submit additional application information, including financial documents and proof of non-profit status. This is represented by the Full Proposal deadline. Only organizations that complete both phases of the application process will be considered for funding.

Eligibility

You are eligible to apply for funding if you are: an existing 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity whose primary focus is children in Delaware and the mid-Atlantic region.

Ineligibility

SCC does not typically fund capital projects or funding for operation costs (including salaries for any position).
