R.O.S.E. Foundation The R.O.S.E. Foundation (Recognizing Opportunities for Service and Education) is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for deserving women and their families. Established in 2002, the Foundation focuses on empowering women in transition to achieve economic security and self-sufficiency through programs that build self-esteem, financial literacy, health awareness, and life skills. Its initiatives emphasize education, the arts, economic awareness, family dynamics, and emotional resilience, helping women strengthen coping skills and long-term stability. The Foundation’s charitable and educational efforts are supported and endorsed by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Phi Beta Omega Chapter, reflecting a commitment to service, sisterhood, and community uplift. R.O.S.E. Foundation Scholar Scholarship The R.O.S.E. Foundation Scholar Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors who demonstrate strong academic achievement and outstanding community engagement. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA (4.0 scale) and exemplify exceptional community service involvement. Applicants must reside in and attend school in Bucks or Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania.
