The Owego-based Mildred Faulkner Truman Foundation has a long history of supporting students at TC3, contributing well over half a million dollars over the past 30 years. The money from the grant goes directly to students in need. The foundation was created in 1983 following the passing of Mildred Faulkner Truman, a lifelong resident of Owego, to address community challenges and support worthwhile projects that benefit Owego and Tioga County.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a Tioga County resident
• Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Must be enrolled in a degree program
• Must demonstrate financial need
