JPB Research/EBP Grant

The JPB Research/EBP Grant, provided by the DAISY Foundation, supports nurse-led research or evidence-based projects focusing on patients with cancer or autoimmune diseases. The DAISY Foundation’s J. Patrick Barnes Grants support registered nurses or nurse-led teams conducting research or evidence-based practice projects that directly benefit patients with cancer or autoimmune diseases.  Eligible projects must be nurse-led and implementable within one year, with Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval or exemption. Funds may not cover institutional overhead, investigator salary, or equipment like laptops; instead, the emphasis is on measurable clinical impact and knowledge that is transferable to other institutions.
