DAISY Medical Mission Grants

The DAISY Medical Mission Grants, offered by the DAISY Foundation in partnership with AMN Healthcare, support DAISY Honoree nurses traveling to underserved populations worldwide. These grants aim to alleviate the financial burden of medical mission trips, enabling nurses to provide essential care where it is most needed. By empowering nurses to volunteer their expertise, the DAISY Foundation fosters an international movement of compassionate healthcare, honoring those who demonstrate extraordinary compassion in their practice.

The DAISY Foundation and AMN Healthcare are proud to offer Medical Mission Grants to support DAISY Honoree nurses who travel the world and help underserved populations.
According to the World Health Organization, some 3.8 billion people lack access to basic healthcare services. Nurses who volunteer their time and expertise to medical mission trips, providing care in under-served areas, are making a significant difference to those populations. Often, medical mission trips require that volunteers pay their own expenses.
Therefore, as a new benefit, The DAISY Foundation is offering grants to DAISY Honorees who require funding for their expenses to volunteer on medical missions.

Eligibility

Applicants must be DAISY Award Honorees who have been registered with The DAISY Foundation.
