Eligibility Requirements (all criteria must be met):

• U.S. citizen or meet a citizenship exception
• Have a minor child or pregnant woman in the household
• Meet monthly household income limits:
  • 1 person: $2,608
  • 2 people: $3,525
  • 3 people: $4,441
  • 4 people: $5,385
  • 5 people: $6,275

Distribution Method:

• Booklets distributed during market events on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Available at scheduled sign-up events
