Each scholarship is uniquely designed to meet the donors eligibility requirements. Dorothy Iglehart Pumphrey Memorial Scholarship This $1,000 scholarship is available to a student currently in their senior year at a Howard County Public School or Chapelgate, which plans to pursue a career in the fine arts (limited to painting, drawing, sculpture) or who has been involved in the fine arts in the school or community. This scholarship is available alternating years beginning in 2016

In addition, an unweighted grade point average of 3.0 must be maintained through the first semester of Grade 12.
