Danny Did Foundation Seizure Detection Device Funding

The Danny Did Foundation helps individuals and families living with seizures gain access to a seizure detection device or monitoring app. With an approved request for funding, the Foundation provides money directly to the grantee so they can obtain the device that they, together with their own medical providers, judge appropriate. The Foundation does not direct, limit, participate in or manage that choice, and spending the funds is at the grantee's discretion.

Grantees sign an agreement, complete the purchase themselves, and then upload a receipt or proof of purchase so the Foundation can confirm the funds were used as agreed. Anyone who decides not to go ahead with the purchase is required to return the money.

The Foundation was created in memory of Danny Stanton and works on epilepsy and SUDEP — sudden unexpected death in epilepsy — awareness, education and family support.

Complete the Grant Application for Assistance at dannydid.org. Choose the device with your medical providers before applying. Approved applicants sign an agreement, receive the funds directly, complete the purchase, and then submit the receipt through the Foundation's Grant Receipt Submission form.
