Warren Lupel Lawyers Care Fund

Overview: Provides financial aid and subsistence grants to attorneys and their families facing personal or professional difficulties.

Eligibility:

  • Licensed attorneys in Illinois

  • Attorneys unable to work due to age, illness, injury, or disability

  • Solo and small firm practitioners

  • Attorneys and families battling serious illnesses (cancer, Alzheimer's, life-threatening chronic illnesses)

  • Those enrolled in treatment programs for substance use disorders and mental health issues

  • Families of deceased attorneys
