Funding for specialized staff and projects (certified teachers, creative arts programs)

Management assistance in board development, staff/volunteer management, shared space, lease agreements

Quarterly network meetings for program directors to share best practices

Program Outcomes: Children served improve academic performance, learn new skills, gain exposure to creative arts and sciences, enhance self-esteem and confidence, broaden future education and career options
