Building Futures (High School Youth)

Building Futures is a career development program for high school youth that matches participants with career mentors and provides services tailored to individual career journeys. The program meets youth where they are and provides comprehensive support from career exploration through post-secondary transition.

Target Population: 14 to 21-year-olds in school

• Paid and unpaid work experience
• Occupational skills training
• Education offered concurrently with workforce preparation and training
• Leadership development opportunities
