We exist for the good of the industry. We empower impact motivated owners and investors to do well, do good, and do more together. We will partner with anyone who shares our belief that healthy, financially stable renters create healthy, financially stable properties. Our trademarked multifamily impact framework represents the industry standard for impact investing in the united states. Through it, we maintain seven core principles that define minimum impact threshold requirements and articulate reporting metrics that promote transparency and enable members to establish meaningful, tangible, and aligned impact goals.we make it easier for impact investment professionals to build relationships, access research and share best practices that educate, train, and support the career growth of impact professionals in the rental housing sector.
