THE MISSION OF THE FUND IS TO RAISE MONEY THROUGH AN ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT WITH ALL PROCEEDS RECEIVED BEING DONATED TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A BOSTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL (OR OTHER AFFILIATED OR NON-AFFILIATED ENTITIES THAT QUALIFY AS TAX EXEMPT UNDER 501(C)(3) TO ASSIST NEEDY FAMILIES WITH TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATIONS AND OTHER ESSENTIAL NEEDS WHILE THEIR CHILD IS RECEIVING TREATMENT.
