THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL EXIST, AND OPERATE AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION, SUBJECT TO SUCH CONSTITUTION, RULES, REGULATIONS AND BY-LAWS AS MAY BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAID HOSPITAL FOUNDATION. THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE:1. TO FURTHER THE WELFARE AND INTEREST OF THE ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER (AMC) THROUGH WAYS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAID HOSPITAL. SUCH OBJECTIVES SHALL BE ACHIEVED, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL, THROUGH FUNDRAISING.2. TO RENDER SERVICE TO THE ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER AND ITS PATIENTS AND TO ASSIST THE ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER IN PROMOTING THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH OBJECTIVES ESTABLISHED BY SAID HOSPITAL.
