They participate in workforce development training, develop life skills, and receive comprehensive wrap-around support services. They also benefit from ongoing mentoring and coaching while participating in all phases of business operations, from cooking to customer service. Old Skool's training program is designed to be flexible, scaffolded, and meet the needs of our youth. The heart of the program is the mentorship the youth receive from success coaches. | $10,000 |
