Overview:
The WIM100 Award recognizes and celebrates 100 inspirational women in mining globally. This is the 6th edition of the award recognizing trailblazers, pioneers, and innovators in the mining industry.

Key Criteria for Nomination:

Trailblazer & Pioneer:

  • Must be an innovator

  • Makes positive and impactful changes so the industry can operate in a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive way

    • Resilience & Determination:

  • Raises up to challenges faced

  • Has courage to speak up, challenge the status quo, and break barriers

    • Advocate & Empowerer:

  • Proactive advocate in the mining industry

  • Fosters inclusivity and empowerment

  • Creates opportunities for others

  • Ensures diverse talent pipeline from entry-level to leadership positions

    • Geographic Scope: Global

    Special Consideration: Concrete examples demonstrating that the nominee is inspirational

    Eligibility:

  • Open to inspirational members across the globe

  • Typically WIM members preferred
