The WIM100 Award recognizes and celebrates 100 inspirational women in mining globally. This is the 6th edition of the award recognizing trailblazers, pioneers, and innovators in the mining industry.

Trailblazer & Pioneer:

• Must be an innovator
• Makes positive and impactful changes so the industry can operate in a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive way

Resilience & Determination:

• Raises up to challenges faced
• Has courage to speak up, challenge the status quo, and break barriers

Advocate & Empowerer:

• Proactive advocate in the mining industry
• Fosters inclusivity and empowerment
• Creates opportunities for others
• Ensures diverse talent pipeline from entry-level to leadership positions

Geographic Scope: Global

Special Consideration: Concrete examples demonstrating that the nominee is inspirational

Eligibility:

• Open to inspirational members across the globe
• Typically WIM members preferred

Nomination Process

1. Complete nomination form
2. Provide concrete examples demonstrating nominee's inspirational contributions
3. Show how nominee meets key criteria:
   • Trailblazer/innovator status
   • Resilience and determination
   • Advocacy and empowerment of others
4. Submit via nomination form
