Organization: Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation and Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership

Program Description: Launched in 2009 to foster a new generation of Japan specialists. The program brings together emerging Japan specialists to build their knowledge of Japan, policy expertise, and contacts in Japan-related policy circles.
