Low-interest loan fund administered by Mission West Community Development Partners to help drive economic growth through the creation of tourism-focused businesses.
Total Fund: $3.5 million from Montana Department of Commerce (MDOC)
Geographic Scope: Lake, Sanders, and Mineral Counties, as well as the Flathead Indian Reservation. Preference given to rural and under-visited locales, though does not exclude urban areas.
Loan Terms:
- Amount range: $5,000 to $250,000
- Interest rates: Low interest rates
- Repayment terms: Five to ten-year terms
