The Women in Conservation Science Scholarship The Women in Conservation Science Scholarship Fund advances conservation by encouraging and supporting female undergraduate and graduate students pursuing studies related to natural resource conservation. Thanks to the generosity of its benefactors, the Women in Conservation Science Scholarship will help ensure that women are on the forefront of fields dedicated to stewarding, conserving, and protecting the natural resources that Texans rely on and enjoy. The scholarship is open to female students who are interested in a career in the fields of range science, forestry, biology, botany, earth science, wildlife management, and other majors related to conservation science. Scholarship Information Up to $4,000 per student per academic year ($2,000 per semester) for tuition and related expenses, paid directly to the college or university at the start of each semester.Payment is dependent upon successful completion of the previous semester with a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Eligibility

Restricted to female students pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in range science, forestry, biology, botany, earth science, wildlife management, or a related field, with plans to pursue a career in conservation.Current full-time student at an accredited college or university in Texas Undergraduate students must have completed a minimum of 60 semester hours of study by the application deadline of 6/9/2025. Current cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
