Quad Cities Section Scholarship The SWE Quad Cities/Muscatine Section is located along the Mississippi River, stretching from Muscatine to Le Claire. SWE Quad Cities was chartered in 2002 and has grown to more than 140 active members since then. A minimum of one $1,000 scholarship is available for female, incoming junior or senior college student attending an ABET accredited engineering school to pursue a BS degree.
