Dubuque Area Section Scholarship The Dubuque Area Society of Women Engineers section was chartered in 2011. Dubuque Area SWE offers professional development for technical professionals, networking, and volunteer opportunities—typically in the form of organizing STEM outreach activities for local youth. The Dubuque Area SWE Engineering Scholarship supports one scholar who identifies as female annually who is, or will be within the next year, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering in an ABET-accredited program.Eligibility
