Supporting All Learners Grant Program
Overview: Provides grants to Camden high schools to improve achievement for English language learners and students with disabilities. This is one of the largest awards made in the Camden Education Fund's history.

1. Camden High School - $244,000
- Focus: Summer reading and math training to increase students' comprehension and fluency skills
2. Eastside High School - $250,000
- Focus: Cohorts of ninth-grade multilingual learners staying connected through senior year to create sense of belonging
3. Camden Prep High School - $208,000
- Focus: Reading intervention program for students with learning disabilities and ADHD
4. Mastery High School of Camden - $250,000
- Focus: Employment and life skills support for students with disabilities ages 18-21
5. Camden Academy Charter High School - $190,000
- Focus: Professional development and coaching to provide instruction to multilingual learners

Future Plans: After a two-year pilot, the grant program may be expanded to include K-8 schools in Camden.
Background: This grant program was designed to ensure ALL students have access to great teachers, curriculum, and resources to create true educational equity in Camden. It recognizes that district, charter, and Renaissance schools typically compete for students and funding but are committed to helping their most marginalized students.

1. Eligibility Determination: All Camden City public high schools had the opportunity to apply
2. Application Submission: Schools submitted applications outlining their plans
3. Plan Development: Schools selected for funding developed actionable plans for:
- Supporting English language learners
- Supporting students with disabilities
- Supporting academically struggling students
4. Technical Assistance: The Center for Learner Equity provided technical assistance to grantees to help set and reach goals
5. Oversight: Grantees work with partners to implement and evaluate programs
