or sexual orientation, and should benefit as many others as possible beyond the recipient of the grant. Any grant in any calendar year does not give preference to a grant request
from the same organization in any ensuing year.

Ineligibility

Organizations with a designation of 509(a)(3) may not
apply.The grant must not be used for political purposes, lobbying, or to influence legislation.
