Skylight Foundation Grant

The Gary E. Milgard Family Foundations provide ongoing support to various non-profit organizations, focusing on community improvement in Pierce County, Washington. Note: There is no deadline for submitting a LOI. Our foundations board reviews the LOI’s on an ongoing basis, but we ask that you allow 12-16 weeks for a response. The response time can vary depending on the volume of requests, the timing of proposals and our foundations monthly and quarterly review schedules.

Eligibility

Grant Requirements

All applicant organizations must qualify as tax-exempt organizations under the Internal Revenue Code. Grants to any one organization will generally not be approved more often than once a year and will not constitute a guarantee of future funding.
Grant application cover letter must be signed by the Executive Director of the organization.
