Program Support Grant Application Process

Deadline: Ongoing (notification of awards within one [1] week of submission)

Complete Application Includes:
1. Signed Program Support Grant - Specifications
2. Complete Common Grant Application:
- Cover Sheet Only (full narratives/budget not required)

Required Approvals and Support:

Written support (email) from Vice President of Instruction

Written support (email) from appropriate Department Chair for respective program

Support documentation should highlight:

- How funding would enhance existing institutional resources
- How funding would fill void where current institutional resources not available

Guidelines:

Applications must be coordinated with Vice President of Instruction and Department Chair relative to General Fund Budget, Perkins Grant, and/or other institutional resources

Final Report required within 30 days of project completion

Applicants must understand that ACC is not responsible for planning, marketing, or implementation of proposed project. Primary contact responsible for making project successful using approved grant resources.
