PACCO Scholarship Program

Overview: The PACCO Scholarship Program is dedicated to empowering individuals in underrepresented communities, specifically those with AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander) ancestry, to achieve their educational and career aspirations.
Target Populations
The program serves three distinct groups:
1. High School Students Transitioning to Postsecondary Education
- Supporting students as they begin their journey into college or university
- Helping navigate financial barriers
- Setting foundation for long-term success
2. Currently Enrolled Postsecondary Students
- Offering continued support to students already pursuing degrees
- Ensuring resources needed to complete programs
3. Adult Learners Pursuing Continuing Education
- Helping individuals enhance skills and career opportunities
- Supporting workforce development programs, certifications, and other educational opportunities
- Oregon (primary focus)
