Impact Now Grant
Funder: Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon and Black American Chamber of Commerce
Program Status: Currently paused. The state Economic Equity Investment Program that funded this program has ended.
Overview: A one-time direct funding opportunity and technical assistance services to businesses throughout Oregon.
- For-profit businesses operating and registered in the state of Oregon
- Businesses chosen based on available funds and program priorities
- If demand exceeds available funding, applicants with strongest alignment to program priorities will be selected
- Some applicants may be required to participate in a panel interview
Eligibility
- Not an emergency grant
- Not a first-come, first-serve grant
- Grant recipients must provide receipts
- Grant recipients are responsible for BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting
Important Notes
- Applications opened: January 31st
- Review period: Rolling basis through April 11, 2025 or until funds run out
- Notification date: By May 31, 2025

Application Process
Applications were previously accepted on a rolling basis. Note: This program is currently paused pending future funding.
When the program resumes:
1. Submit application during announced open period
2. Applications reviewed on rolling basis
3. Possible participation in panel interview (some applicants)
4. Notification of award status by deadline date
5. Upon receipt of funds, grant recipients must:
- Provide receipts for expenditures
- Complete BOI reporting (see resource: https://fincen.gov/boi)
- Business registration documentation (Oregon-based)
- Financial information demonstrating alignment to program priorities
