New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) The New Jersey Department of Health leads the state’s response to public health challenges and works to improve health outcomes for all New Jersey residents. Through its three primary branches—Public Health Services, Health Systems, and Integrated Health—the Department collaborates across programs and partners to strengthen New Jersey’s health system. Guided by its mission to protect public health, promote healthy communities, and improve the quality of health care, the Department supports initiatives that advance prevention, system integration, and equitable access to health services statewide. NJ Commission on Brain Injury Research Pilot Project Research Grant The NJCBIR is committed to accelerating research to develop effective interventions and cures for the disabilities associated with traumatic brain injury. -Please refer to the NJCBIR Research Program Guidelines. Principal investigators must be affiliated with a New Jersey State academic institution, research organization, public or private agency or other entity with demonstrated capability to conduct research responsibly. Unaffiliated individuals will not be funded. Individuals of any nationality or citizenship status may apply, provided they are employed by or affiliated with a qualifies New Jersey State organization/institution.  -Refer to the NJCBIR Research Program Guidelines
