Overview:
The Munster Education Foundation awards grants bimonthly to fund innovative programs, dynamic teaching tools, and hands-on learning experiences across Munster schools. Last year, MEF awarded more than $100,000 in grants to more than 45 teachers with 13,774 student engagements.

Focus Areas
- Applicants: Any educator may request a grant, including teachers, aides, parents, administrators, and community members
- Schools Served: All five Munster schools (Elliott Elementary, Eads Elementary, Frank Hammond Elementary, Wilbur Wright Middle School, Munster High School)
Eligibility
- Provide innovative and/or experiential learning experiences
- Impact a large number of students
- Demonstrate collaborative interest (staff or teachers submitting across grades, departments, or reaching students across an entire school)
- Advance diverse, equitable and inclusive educational experiences and opportunities for all Munster students
