• Adults receiving waiver services, OR
• Youth age 16 and older with individualized education programs (IEPs) who spend most of the day with students who have disabilities

• Competitive employment (equipment, tools, clothing, technology, website development for self-employment)
• Accessible housing (mobility aids, accessibility equipment)
• Community inclusion (mobility devices, assistive technology)

Background: The Minnesota Microgrant Partnership is funded through the Minnesota Department of Human Services and administered by The Arc Minnesota.

   • Details of what funds will be used for
   • How the grant will help you achieve your goal
4. Submit application through the online portal

Application Materials:

• Online application form
• Detailed description of need and how funds will be used
• Connection to employment, housing, or community inclusion goals

Review Process:

• Applications are reviewed by a panel
• Applicants are notified of approval status
• Staff can assist with purchasing and delivery of items

Additional Support:

• Case managers can help applicants complete applications
