Eligibility

To request a grant, your organization must be a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, public/governmental agency, or Tribal Nation located in and providing services in Minnesota. A public agency is an organization established and primarily funded by a unit of government.Examples could include a public school, public health department or state governmental agency.The Medica Foundation considers only single-year grant requests. Nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive one grant within a calendar year.
