Measure U Grants

MLR invites community partners to apply for Measure U Grant funding. The Measure U tax was approved by voters of Mammoth Lakes by a two-thirds majority for the specific purpose of enhancing recreation, trails, parks, mobility and arts & culture.

Funding Details

• Total Available: $225,000 (as of 2024)
• Recurrence: Annual
• Application Period: First Monday of January through Last Friday of January

• Elevate recreation
• Enrich arts & culture
• Expand mobility throughout Mammoth Lakes

• MLR reviews applications and makes recommendations to the Town Council for grant awards
