Background

MLR received this grant from the NEA to help the arts and cultural sector recover from the pandemic. This was part of the NEA's significant investment in local arts agencies, with $20,200,000 awarded to 66 local arts agencies nationwide. Five local organizations were awarded funds to be used for operation expenses as they recovered from pandemic hardships.
