Overview: The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program (LECSP) provides full tuition coverage and educational support for high school graduates pursuing baccalaureate degrees at eligible Indiana colleges and universities.

Application Process

1. Visit the website: Go to www.cfhoward.org and search for "Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship" under the "Students" tab

2. Complete application: Fill out the online application with all required information

3. Submit application: Submit completed application by Sunday, August 31 (deadline)

4. Local selection: Community Foundation of Howard County reviews applications and selects two finalists

5. Statewide selection: The two finalists are submitted to Independent Colleges of Indiana (ICI) for final selection

6. Notification: Recipients are notified in December
