NOTE: See page for International Missions here. Background Kentucky Conference Mission Grants will be awarded annually by the Kentucky Conference Mission Team. Grants of up to $2,000 are available from two grant pools - one for mission work within the Kentucky Annual Conference, and one for mission work internationally. Kentucky Conference Missions Grants will be awarded annually to churches, institutions, teams, or projects related to the Kentucky Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church for the purpose of extending the mission of The United Methodist Church to “make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the World” within the counties that comprise the geographic area of the Kentucky Conference.Eligibility

The following are eligible to apply for and receive grants:Mission institutions that are affiliated institutions of the Kentucky ConferenceMission institutions related to the various Districts of Kentucky ConferenceMission institutions within the bounds of the Kentucky Conference related to the United Women of Faith or the General Board of Global MinistriesMission institutions or organizations related to a local church of the Kentucky Conference. Local Churches of the Kentucky Conference for the purpose of supporting evangelistic or social outreach to refugees and/or immigrants.Local Churches of the Kentucky Conference for the purpose of supporting evangelistic or social outreach in the areas of addiction ministry, food insecurity, and housing insecurity.Local Churches of the Kentucky Conference organized as mission congregations.Focus Areas & Funding Uses
