Ramseyer Ministry Education Grant The Ramseyer Ministry Education Grant is a scholarship which is offered through the Kentucky Annual Conference and the Board of Ordained Ministry. The intention of the grantors of these funds is to create an endowment for maintaining and advancing professional and academic standards of the clergy serving the Kentucky Annual Conference.  Funds awarded to individual students for particular academic expenses shall be in sufficient quantity so as assist with the educational costs incurred during the years covered by these grants.
