Community Sponsorship & Support Requests As a community-based, not-for-profit health system, we believe that it is our responsibility as a corporate leader and community partner to help create healthy communities in the areas we serve. Good Stewards of our Resources Our goal when investing in events and activities is to ensure good stewardship of our charitable resources. In order to maximize support for many community events and activities, we limit requests to those that meet the following criteria: Supports health-related events and activities that address an identified health need Serves residents living in our service area: Contra Costa County, Tri-Valley, and Northern Alameda County Aligns with our mission to improve the health of the communities we serve with quality and compassion.

Eligibility

All programs must meet an identified community need, in alignment with our triennial Community Health Needs Assessment. Grant-making opportunities are by invite only.

Ineligibility

We do not accept requests that benefit individuals, sports teams, sports leagues and political or religious organizations. We also do not accept requests for long-term or on-going support.
